Giving up screens
Get more time, creativity, and connection

with Tiffany Shlain

Tuesday, April 12
7 PM ET, 4 PM PT

With Screen-Free Week coming up May 2-8, we’re getting ready to unplug with Internet pioneer and renowned filmmaker, Tiffany Shlain. In this special interactive Action Network Live! event, Tiffany will explore how turning off screens one day a week can work wonders on your brain, body, and soul and how Tiffany’s family has gained more time, productivity, connection, and presence by regularly going screen-free. With humor and wisdom, Tiffany will tell her story, offer lessons she has learned, and provide a blueprint for how to do it yourself, just in time for Screen-Free Week 2022!

One lucky live participant will win a copy of Tiffany’s incredible book, 24/6: Giving up Screens One Day a Week to Get More Time, Creativity, and Connection. It’s one of our favorites!

Plus, send us your questions! We all have a lot of questions about tech, and we want to base this event on yours. Please submit your questions when registering or email them to info@screentimenetwork.org.
